Yeah excited months ahead now. Who is reprising their roles and who's not? Even if some of them don't appear in the pilot they might as well show up later - I wonder if anyone will be a regular or just special guest stars. Since Lisa is so motivated she should earn a regular part if she wants one.

Yeah, I mean, I was never too crazy about Taylor's character, but Lisa is a sweetheart, and yes, because of her enthusiasm, she should get a regular role should she want it. I do see some reprising their roles later, not right away, like Tori Spelling still might with 90210, and some might come on and off or just be there in the beginning, I wonder if maybe they can still get Grant to sign on for an on-and-off thing since he doesn't want to be tied down to MP. Exciting months ahead, indeed, the pilot would need to be shot in the Spring, so hopefully news of who is joining the cast should be out in the next couple months, and the thing is I think they need a premise, but not a full script at first. I think they need to know who is reprising their roles before writing the script..

Rutherford's Beauty Jibe At Giersch
Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford's split from Daniel Giersch just got nastier - she has accused him of waxing his eyebrows.

The actress and her estranged husband both gave evidence during a custody hearing over their two-year-old son Hermes in Santa Monica, California on Thursday.

And after Giersch accused her publicly of having an obsession with shopping and manicures, Rutherford told the court, "It's not just me. I mean, he gets his eyebrows waxed."

The actress also insisted she would quit the teen drama if she was forced to make a choice: "If I'm being asked to choose my career over my son, I choose my son. (But) I need this job to pay my bills, legal bills, and Daniel has offered no support."

The court has heard Giersch wants to look after Hermes because he is adamant Rutherford's filming for the hit show in New York has an adverse effect on their son.

He said, "Hermes doesn't feel comfortable in New York. He's in constant fear, not knowing what's going on. It's not easy there, it's not safe, it's noisy. As a father you see whether a child is comfortable or not."

Giersch also told the court Rutherford had been offered a role in a new spin-off of hit show Melrose Place, adding: "(She) told me before we separated that she had been offered a part on that show, which will be filming in Los Angeles, and she would be able to change shows, and continue to work for the same employer but in Los Angeles."

As she left the court for the day, Rutherford told reporters, "I'm okay. It's a lot to do. I'm optimistic. The show has been really great and supportive - and family and friends here. It's helped a lot."

Kelly Rutherford has won custody of her two-year-old son following a bitter battle with her estranged husband Daniel Giersch.

The pregnant actress filed for divorce from Giersch in December and the couple waged a war of words through the courts over who should be granted the right to look after their son, Hermes, while Rutherford films hit series Gossip Girl in New York.

The couple testified against each other in a hearing at a Santa Monica, California court on Thursday.

And now the judge overseeing the case has ruled that Hermes shall remain with his mother in Manhattan, where she will be filming until March.

Giersch was awarded two overnight visits per week during February and three per week for March, according to TMZ.com.

The judge also ruled that youngster will split his time between New York and the family home in Los Angeles for the next two months while the feuding couple agree a long-term custody arrangement.
