Possibility of a new Melrose Place spin-off?

Yeah, that is SO her, lol I am hoping that, yes, being that I've seen a lot of pissed off messages about this on boards everywhere, that the producers will change this, and I plan on letting Darren Swimmer exactly how I feel, but I am sure he's reading it all over the place that we want Syd alive...and yes Blackmailing David, SO her, lol Also, when she she moved in and everyone was like family, she must be talking about when she came back the second time, because God knows she wasn't well liked when she moved in the first time, lol But yes, there are a TON of things to do with Syd and ways to bring her back without killing her, so I would serioulsly like to talk to this guy about some of our ideas. Funny, not to go overboard for us old fans, but for new fans, I think it would be cute to have some flahsbacks to who Syd was in the original series, too. Like when Violet says she has never seen a dead body before, goto a flashback of Sam telling Syd and Jane that when they saw Richard, and Syd saying, "Yeah, well, you get used to it.." And if they do go with this "murder mystery" flashbacks to all those years ago when Michael tried to kill Syd, as they say he will be a suspect, I know just like then, he couldn't do it, ..and as for my guess who DID kill Syd, IF they still go there: two words: Hilda Morris

I hope you are listening to how angry we are about killing Syd again. Not too late to change it" We'll see what happens.

It was 10 years ago today that Melrose aired for the final time, and it serves a reminder of just how long we've waited for this remake. All I have to say is DON'T screw it up...all I have to say if Syd is not fine, you're screwed

Yeah, Harry was totally out to get her after she and Craig put him out of business. I have a feeling he was somehow behind what happened with her disappearance after the accident...and could still be after her

So glad that Josie Bissett is back as Jane =) I begin to wonder how many kids Mancini has now ha ha. I'm not surprised to hear he has a young hot wife now that he's rich and successful. Yeah, I love it Grant is thinking about crawling back NOW that he sees this show is going to be big and that the lame sitcom he is on is going to fail. Dan Cortese was interviewed today and asked about Melrose Place:

JH: And you know that the CW is reviving "Melrose Place" this fall. Are you bummed that they killed off your character in the original?

DC: You know, Jess was evil. He could come back from the dead. You never know. Speaking of getting recognized for shows, that character I played on there was not a nice guy and there was an episode or two where my character beat up Daphne Zuniga's character and I had a woman one time on the street come up to me and spit at me and say "How could you do that to Jo? You're a bad person!" That show was pretty powerful itself.

Well Jake isn't coming yet, but Jess definetly should show up for some revenge on Jo....

Also he's experienced what among Lisa and Kristin have done. Mad people who thinks their characters are real....ha ha ha.

Ok, here is the deal, our friend Ausiello posted a scoop saying some up and coming actress is being denied a part on a new pilot because the bosses on a "doomed" show are insisting there may be a second season, so she is not free to leave. Rumor it's Katie Cassidy. Okay, let's be real ppl. The CW isn't going to pick the show up for next season, and holding the actors hostage is wrong. They should make their decision and get it over with. Look, MP being redone was a good idea, but the way it's been done has been flat out bad. Mistakes galore have been made from killing Syd on. They need to let these young ones go and bring back the old dinosaurs or there definitely is no hope...
